My son got a flat on his car. I advised him to call the insurance company(USAA), because towing is included with our insurance. They told us they would have a tow truck out to us in 45 mins. After about an hour I started looking for towing companies in the Crosby area. I came across Smith. I called they were on another job but after 2 hours of waiting on my insurance to send a tow truck, I received a call back asking if we still needed to be towed and in less than 15 mins they arrived hooked the car up and we were home. I really appreciate how fast they responded to our call. But I really appreciate the fact I received a call back checking to see if we still needed to be towed.

I was stuck on the interstate feeder with 2 blown tires during drive time. Smith Towing dispatched a truck that came as soon as humanly possible under those conditions. Joseph Smith was kind, considerate and skilled. He had me towed to a nearby tire shop safely in a relatively short time for a reasonable fee. What was a very stressful situation was made less so. I hope I don't need their service again but I highly recommend them for anyone who does.

I called What A Tow because I was blocked from getting out of a parking spot due to a vehicle blocking behind me. I asked two different stores to make an announcement to find the owner & when nobody responded I called What A Tow, he showed up within 5 minutes. Once he arrived, the owner of the vehicle showed up. The tow truck company did not charge me for anything. The driver was nice and polite. Highly recommend this business.
